This three-hour Neurodiversity & Workplace Needs virtual training session offers a solid foundation for understanding the various types of neurodiversity, the needs assessment process and potential support adaptations.
The entire Osmond Ergonomics team has attended the course, rating it very highly, with one manager describing it as one of the best courses he has ever attended (and we do a lot of training!).
If you want to deepen your understanding of different neurotypes, learn more about the Workplace Needs Assessment process, recognise the available adaptations, or gain insight into how specific individuals think, this three-hour virtual course is perfect for you.
