Workplace Needs Assessments

Our assessments are designed to support individuals who face productivity challenges in the workplace, whether these are due to neurodiversity, disability, physical or mental health. We address the working environment, working practices, individual needs and the challenges faced. We then provide recommendations for the support that will create the most effective working arrangements for the individual.

Coaching & Training

Coaching is often recommended as a result of an individual workplace needs assessment. Where appropriate, we also provide co-coaching to create effective communication strategies between the assessee and their manager. Team awareness training spreads the understanding further and can be at a departmental or organisational level. Organisational awareness training usually evolves from EDI Strategy discussions.

Environment

With a background in workplace furniture, ergonomics and human factors, we can advise and facilitate your workplace transformation. Today’s human-centred designs consider colour, texture, lighting, acoustics and biophilia alongside the functional requirements and user activities. We can advise on, and deliver, projects that maximise engagement and creativity.
