Briefing

Your instruction may be as simple as ‘Please contact X to discuss their productivity challenges’, ‘We need awareness training for Y people’ or ‘We want to set up a meeting request to discuss the project’. Regardless, we will make sure we understand your requirements and the nature and scope of the brief. We will also find out everything else we need to know to get started (e.g. a triage call to X to find out more about the nature of the challenges).

Investigation

Then we get going. We carry out a workplace needs assessment for X or start discussions with relevant parties about the services you need. This ensures we understand the current landscape before making any recommendations. We take a holistic view for strategic and larger service enquiries, ensuring we take full account of your corporate culture and context.

Report

On completion of our investigation, we present your report. This will reiterate the brief and outline our response, taking all relevant factors into account. The report will include our proposals, costings (or guidelines in the case of large and complex projects). Stages, schedules, products and services will be detailed, together with justifications and benefits of implementation.

Implementation

For individuals, we will agree an installation time and date. At this meeting, relevant physical equipment and/or software will be installed and set up. User training will be provided and a schedule for future support (training, coaching, etc.) will be agreed. For strategic and team projects, the roll-out will be confirmed and delivered to agreed KPIs.

Review

A variety of review processes is offered to meet your needs. This can be as light-touch as a follow-up phone call to an individual through to a full-scale personnel survey. Larger surveys are aligned to corporate objectives and can also vary from a simple pulse survey to AI-powered workplace insights surveys that capture sentiment detail from written responses, rather than a series of multiple-choice questions.
