Virtual Assessments

We introduced virtual assessments in response to the Covid-19 pandemic but, where possible, we still prefer the traditional face-to-face format because it offers a more engaging experience for the assessee and is more likely to highlight smaller details that the virtual process may not capture.

In the specific circumstances where a virtual assessment is the optimum solution, it will be delivered through your mobile phone, tablet or laptop. We can use Zoom, Teams, WhatsApp, FaceTime, Google Meet or Google Chat to suit your preferred application. If you use your laptop with the camera facing you, we may also suggest WhatsApp or FaceTime video on a separate device (e.g. phone) to get additional side, rear and ¾ views.

The detailed assessments are carried out by our qualified team of Associated Health Professionals and Advanced Assessors and include a comprehensive DSE report containing case background, issues identified and reasonable adjustments required. Our outcome-focused recommendations are submitted in line with Service Levels agreed with each client prior to the visit. Assessments typically last between 30 and 60 minutes.
