We also think it is important for the employer to have ownership of the programme as far as possible. However, there are occasions when small staff numbers or employer resource constraints make face-to-face assessments by a third-party contractor the optimal solution. In such circumstances, our version of this service follows the HSE format but integrates user training and education into the process.
